Demolition of Unit 1 Pitwood Park
The works comprise the deconstruction/demolition of a redundant pre-fabricated laboratory building on behalf of the Employer, Reigate and Banstead Borough Council (RBBC), and shall include:
- oStripping out the interior of the subject building;
- oDeconstruction/demolition of the subject building;
- oRemoval of selected trees and provision of tree protection fencing to retained trees;
- oReduction of levels and stripping back topsoil to external grassed areas;
- oRemoval/grubbing up of all external hardscaped surfaces i.e. paving, tarmac car park;
- oDegassing and removal of mechanical plant.
