The overall purpose of this contract will be to ensure that local multi agency safeguarding arrangements operate effectively and provide assurance to the City of York Safeguarding Children Partnerhsip (CYSCP) and that all relevant organisations and agencies co-operate to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in the City of York.
