Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of materials, installation, inspection and testing associated with the installation of additional smoke and heat detectors Council properties.

Project Description

This contract includes for the supply of materials, installation, inspection and testing associated with the installation of additional smoke and heat detectors Council properties, within the Borough of Swindon. The works required under this contract are as described in this specification and the particular specification, together with any drawings, which are provided with the specifications. Any apparent discrepancy or contradiction in the tender documentation must be advised before submitting a tender.

The contract term will be for twenty weeks as stated in the RFQ documents. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. The relevant tender documents are included within this project webpage as attachments.

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title, to Jake House at TenderingHousingProperty@swindon.gov.uk by 6th August 2019, 14:00:00 hrs UK Local time.

The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded as attachments on the project webpage attachments section. Therefore it is the Contractor's responsibility to check the site regularly for updates to clarifications, as you will not be advised when updates have been made.

Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 13th August 2019, 1400 hrs UK Local time by e-mail, including the project name and DN reference clearly in the subject title to Jake House only.
