Invitation to Tender for the supply of Refuse Collection Vehicles ranging from 18 - 32 Tonnes

Lincolnshire County Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Refuse Collection Vehicles and Vehicle Warranties utilising two Lots that may be lawfully called off by a number of other Customers. The Framework Agreement will be procured in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 regulation 33 using the Open Procedure in accordance with regulation 27.

Tenders are invited for the supply of Refuse Collection Vehicles ranging from 18-32 Tonnes and Vehicle Warranties across two Lots. The successful Supplier will be responsible for providing the Refuse Collection Vehicles and Vehicle Warranties and liaising closely with each individual Customers' Fleet Manager.

Procurement Lincolnshire is undertaking the procurement process for this opportunity on behalf of;

Boston Borough Council, City of York Council, East Lindsey District Council, North Kesteven District Council, Scarborough Borough Council, South Holland District Council, South Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council.

In addition to the above listed Council's, this Framework Agreement will be accessible for the following Local Government Authorities; North Yorkshire County Council, Craven District Council, Hambleton District Council, Harrogate Borough Council, Richmondshire District Council, Ryedale District Council, Selby District Council, Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Sheffield City Council, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council, North Lincolnshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, City of Lincoln Council and Lincolnshire County Council.
