Oxford House Supported Accomodation Project

Cherwell District Council wishes to procure a service for supported accommodation within the district which provides intensive, person-centred, holistic support services and connections to the community-based support, that vulnerable individuals and couples who are experiencing homelessness and who have a connection to Cherwell District, need in order to keep their accommodation and avoid returning to homelessness in the future.

The Authority intends to enter into a contract directly with the successful Tenderer to provide the support service for the individuals or couples occupying up to nine accommodation units for single people and couples. The project is intended to run for a three-year period and is considered a long-term investment. Although the Authority reserves the right to extend the project in some circumstances.
