Provision of GP Direct Access Non-Obstetric Ultrasound and MRI Services

NHS Swale CCG is expecting to commence the formal procurement process for GP Direct Access Non-Obstetric Ultrasound and MRI services, to operate across the Swale area. The Commissioners are looking to get early engagement with providers and the market in general who share our passion and commitment and who are dedicated to providing the very best choice, service and patient care standards.

GP Direct Access Diagnostic Services – Non-Obstetric Ultrasound (NOUS) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging Service (MRI).

Commissioners would like to discuss our model options with the market and to understand the ability of providers to deliver the service using national tariff and national specification. The outcomes of the event will then determine next steps.
