description
The London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Managed Print Service. The current contract expires on 31st March 2017. The basis of the contract will be that the total costs of all print devices, plus their continual maintenance, management and the supply of all consumables needed to produce an organisation’s annual volume of documents, is provided under a single all-inclusive agreement. The total costs divided by the total annual volume give a ‘cost per page’ . The current estate of 153 devices including multi functional devices and desktop printers has a co-terminus end date of 31st March.
