GB-Liverpool: Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alert System

LSTM is inviting suppliers to provide quotations on the Service and Maintenance of their existing Security Systems: Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alert System located across their Liverpool campus. There is also an opportunity for suppliers to quote on adhoc project work. The estimated spend is based on a three year contract term; £140,000. This is just an estimate and LSTM cannot commit to any spend.

In order for Tenders to provide an accurate quotation we believe it is crucial for them to visit the site and see the current infrastructure. Any tenderers wishing to submit a proposal must attend the site visit ** please note organisations will be limited to one attendee due to social distancing measures. You will not be able to gain access to site unless you have contacted us via the Delta portal first, the available time slots are:

14th - 10.00 -11.00,

15th - 10.00 -11.00 or 15.00 - 16.00

16th - 10.00 -11.00 or 15.00 - 16.00

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
