A technical architect required to develop supporting evidence for New Digital Service business case, delivery plans and specification for Collections and Ticketing tools.
Experience of working with collection information systems, ticketing systems and developing detailed delivery plans is essential. Familiarity with public sector tendering processes is desirable.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
