Transmission Electron Microcope, with Digital camera and Silicon Drift Detector - AWARD

The University of Warwick, Department of Physics, has a requirement for a Transmission Electron Microscope, with digital camera and Silicon Drift Detector. This mini competition comprises 3 lots as follows -

• oLot 1: Entry-level analytical 200kV transmission electron microscope (TEM)
• oLot 2: High quality, robust digital camera
• oLots 3 Silicon drift detector (SDD) system for X-ray analysis
