The University of Warwick, Department of Physics, has a requirement for a Transmission Electron Microscope, with digital camera and Silicon Drift Detector. This mini competition comprises 3 lots as follows -
- oLot 1: Entry-level analytical 200kV transmission electron microscope (TEM)
- oLot 2: High quality, robust digital camera
- oLots 3 Silicon drift detector (SDD) system for X-ray analysis
