Specialist Corporate Governance

Specialist corporate governance and programme management expertise to review COL Committee structures as they relate to the successful management and delivery of projects and programmes.

The scope of this commission includes the review of the Capital Buildings Board, Operational Property and Projects sub-Committee, the Markets Board, and any other associated committee.

Requirements: -

Review of the Member governance arrangements of COL projects (corporate projects and major programmes)

Make recommendations (as part of the wider Project Governance review) for improvements to Member governance to support the implementation of a portfolio management approach across the Corporation. Activities to include: -

Identification of best practice and benchmarking of Corporation approach -

Engagement with Members of the identified committees - Engagement with key officers (to be identified as part of the project initiation process) -

Proposed model for future Member governance including draft Terms of Reference for any new/changed Committees.
