Renovation works typically consisting of roof covering replacement to meet current Building Regulation requirements, flat roof replacement, window repairs, damp remedial work, repairs to entrance porch, render repairs and internal redecoration.
All work is to adhere strictly to CBC Planning and Conservation Consent requirements and no deviation from the Schedule of Works, Preliminaries and Pre-ambles will be permitted unless specifically agreed in writing by the Contract Administrator.
