GB-London: Small Works Framework

Network Homes (NH) invites applications from suitably experienced and qualified contractors to be appointed to a framework from which contracts will be called off for dis-repair works, insurance works, FM type works and small works such as structural repairs, roofing works and similar to properties owned /managed by Network Homes.

NH intend to issue works of between £500 and £20,000 to the 4 successful contractors on a broadly rotational type basis but will however take into account Value for Money, current performance and the geographical spread of the works in allocating work. Network therefore reserves the right to allocate works as they see most appropriate.

It is however important to note that there is no guarantee of work and as such NH do reserve the right not to issue works orders to one or more of the successful Contractors. The majority of the works instructed will be located in Brent, Westminster, East London and Hertford. Contractors must be able to provide the services in all areas.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
