Description
The works shall include:
| • | Installation of a plate heat exchanger. |
| • | Replace two number Ideal Concord boilers. |
| • | Insulation to new and disturbed heating pipe work. |
| • | Alteration to TREND BMS control system. |
| • | Installation of pipe work coverings. |
| • | All associated making good / builder's works. |
