REQUIREMENTS:
We are seeking leadership development and coaching package to deliver a series of modules over a 12 month period to our senior clinical and operational leaders (up to 30 leaders). The programme should include the following key elements;

| • | Leading and building high performing teams |
| • | Communication and courageous conversations |
| • | Creating the right culture while working in uncertainty |
| • | Change management |
| • | Looking after HWB of self and team including coping strategies |
| • | System leadership |
We would also be keen to hear from providers that can incorporate and offer Coaching / mentoring to individual delegates running alongside any programme.
