GB-Lincoln: Barbican Creative Hub - Café Operator

The University of Lincoln invites tenders from experienced café operators for its Barbican Creative Hub, a vibrant space for the local creative community, opening in March 2025. The café bar will offer a "morning to evening" service, prioritizing locally sourced ingredients and high-quality, diverse menus catering to dietary preferences. The hub's location near busy transportation hubs ensures high footfall, making it a key destination for commuters, tourists, and creatives.

The operator is expected to provide excellent customer service and collaborate on hub events, such as art exhibitions and private functions. Financial arrangements include flexible models, either a percentage commission or a base rent plus commission. The initial contract will be for five years, with an option to renew, and the operator will manage all day-to-day operations, including staff training and kitchen management.
