Pest Control Service

The City of London Corporation aims to avoid or control pest activity in premises and on land it manages using all available practicable controls and methods, not only the use of pesticides. This contract is for pest control service provision as part of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for the City of London Corporation premises/land. The role of the Contractor will be to provide expert technical advice on avoidance of pest infestations / activity survey through an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach and to provide pest control services which will contribute to the City's overall aim.

Additional information:

The duration of the contract is three years, subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to two years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore five years.

The value provided is based on a full three year contract period plus the possible up to two year extension provision. The estimated annual value is 155000GBP. This estimated value includes the markets pest control service which will not form part of the initial scope. Therefore the approximate annual value based on the initial scope is 130000GBP.
