NOTE: This notice was updated on 05 October 2015 for the following reason: Title incorrectly stated Sutton Court where this should read TEMPLE COURTThe works comprise of roof renewals to Temple Court an 11 storey block of flats situated in Norwich Avenue, Southend-on-Sea. The work involves the supply and fix of a high performance overlay onto an existing 2 layer bituminous membrane in a satisfactory condition to receive this improvement work.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
