GB-Coalville: Health & Safety Consultancy for CDM (Construction design & management regs)

North West Leicestershire District Council requires the services of a suitably competent provider to deliver guidance and support on health & safety issues during key Housing projects.The guidance and support provided will be to contract management teams on projects such as capital improvements, cyclical maintenance and reactive repairs to the Council’s current housing stock of approximately 4,300 homes.

The nature of the support will be to ensure the Council fulfils its role and responsibilities under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, or subsequently amended legislation.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
