description
The Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) requires the disposal of clinical waste from the Margaret Thatcher Infirmary (MTI). The requirement is to supply bags, sharps containers, denaturing kits and the collection all clinical waste on a weekly basis.
Service Required
The following services are required and the contractor shall maintain them at all times:
| • | Visit the RHC on a Monday of each week between the hours of 0800-1200 or a day/time as agreed by the contract administrator; |
| • | Weekly collection and disposal of all clinical waste as necessary; |
| • | To provide appropriate and compliant storage for both Tiger and Clinical waste onsite; |
| • | Supply of clinical waste bags; |
| • | Provide compliant and detailed Consignment & Waste Transfer Notes; |
| • | Liaise with the contract administrator in respect of any problems or issues in regard to the Contract; |
| • | Ensure the highest standard of service is provided to the RHC at all times; |
| • | The Contractor is responsible for all travel charges and personal expenses incurred whilst visiting the RHC; |
| • | All quotations that are not listed in Schedule 1 of the Contract must be brought to the attention of the contract administrator prior to being completed; |
| • | Ensuring that time frames detailed in the Contract are adhered to at all times; |

Additional information: Please note that site visits will only take place at 1000 Hrs on Wednesday 19th February 2020. This will be a group visit with all interested providers.
