Water Hygiene RFI

This is a request for information to support with the future design and specification of Midland Heart's Water Hygiene services.

Midland Heart currently utilise a service provider to provide both Water testing and Thermostatic Mixer Valve servicing and maintenance to ensure that clean safe water is present in properties and temperature of hot water is regulated to safe levels. Due to the nature of the services further plumbing works can be required on site while completing testing, servicing and maintenance.

The purpose of this Request for Information is to determine the potential interest within the market to support with these services as well as the potential innovations and solutions that area available. This request for information is also seeking to determine the value in splitting the service into specialised lots and how supplier can support with more specialised service; and the value that can be added through splitting the service or retaining as one contract.
