CPU 3351 Bulwell Hall Golf Course Concession

Nottingham City Council is inviting tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified contractors to establish a concession arrangement with a suitable leisure operator to develop, manage and maintain Bulwell Hall Golf Course located at Bulwell Hall Park.

A concession contract will be awarded to one operator for a minimum duration of 5 years. The Council is able to offer flexibility on the full length of the contract depending upon the proposal submitted and the investment return required. The contract is anticipated to begin during January 2020 after an initial implementation period.
