WCC - Marketing and Recruitment Campaign for the Recruitment of Foster Carers

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) are seeking to commission a single provider to supply a marketing and recruitment of Warwickshire foster carers service.

Warwickshire County Council Fostering Services aims to provide a plethora of placement choice to match the needs of our Children Looked After population.

The provider will support WCC with its Recruitment and Marketing of Foster Carers to achieve 60 new carers over a two year period.

The provider will manage the marketing and recruitment in line with WCC branding and communications policies. They will manage initial enquiries and complete initial visits to prospective carers and make recommendations to WCC Fostering Recruitment Team enabling social workers to carry out quality assessments. Please see Appendix 4 - specification for further details.

During the course of the contract period the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification and variation to meet the changing needs and requirements of the Council, potential changes in legislation and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers.

Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
