Bolton Fell Moss Capital Works - Fencing and ditching work

The request is to fulfill contractually committed mitigation works associated with land acquistion at Bolton Fell Moss. These works include fencing and/or removal, ditching and drainage work, deliniating new boundaries between owners NE have purchased land from and Natural England owned land and prevent flood risk to adjacent farmed land.
