description
Ofgem is looking for expert consultancy support to provide the programme with independent advice and assurance on the ongoing Blueprint & Detailed Level Specification phase delivery in addition to the planning and mobilisation for the Enactment phase. Specifically providing the following:
- Support ongoing assurance of the Switching Programme as defined
in the Programme's Integrated Assurance and Approvals Plan (IAAP).
- Support to PMO and programme leadership team with planning and
preparation for IPA assurance activities e.g. Gateway reviews
- Support and challenge the detailed development of the timetable
for the remaining stages of the programme through to
implementation, based on detailed knowledge of stakeholders and
industry processes.
