Temporary & Permanent Staff Resourcing & Disclosure Services Tender

Action for Children is a leading children's charity with approximately 500 services throughout the UK.

Action for Children continually aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness and long-term security, one of our three primary strategic objectives.

We are seeking expressions of interest from established Suppliers to deliver Recruitment provision types split into a lot format, across the Action for Children estate throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Guernsey (desirable).

The tender will be delivered into the following lots:

1. Temporary agency worker provisions in a master or neutral vendor format:

The end to end management of the temporary worker provisions and a robust sourcing solution to meet all requirements including safeguarding and compliance checks . The Supplier will also provide a portal for total transparency to store all agency worker information and process all timesheets.

2. Permanent recruitment services in a master or neutral vendor format:

A solution to attract and source talented candidates to meet Action for Children resource needs to include compliance with all safeguarding and relevant governance requirements. The Supplier will fulfil multiple provision types to meet the coverage across the Action for Children UK estate.

3. Transactional Recruitment Processing :

Management of the entire end to end recruitment administrative process for substantive posts for Action for Children.

Managing the administration of all recruitment attraction, advertising and selection of substantive recruitment for the Charity.

Development in collaboration with AFC of a candidate attraction strategy.

A robust query management system and process.

Monitoring and management of all pre-employment screening, compliance and on boarding checks.

4. Disclosure Services:

This provision will manage the processes for all recruitment and non-recruitment disclosure checks in line with the Disclosure and Barring Checks Policy and Procedures across England/Wales/Scotland/NI and Guernsey(desirable).

The Supplier will work closely with Action for Children and ensure all checks are provided in the correct format and when required for recruitment and non-recruitment related candidates.

The Supplier(s) must provide the service across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Guernsey (desirable) and have a clear understanding of Action for Children.
