Replacement of Passenger Lift and Associated Controls at Redditch Library 15 Market Place Redditch Worcestershire B98 8AR

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Lift Manufacturers / Contractors to carry the replacement of the Passenger Lift and Associated Controls at Redditch Library 15 Market Place Redditch Worcestershire B98 8AR.

The new lift to have a working life for a minimum of 25 years and to ensure the reliable running of the lift. The lift to be A3 compliant.

All equipment to have open protocol so that any competent lift service engineer can maintain and service the lift

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Works to be complete by 05th April 2019.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
