The Advocacy Service Hub will support vulnerable individuals to:
| • | live independently for longer in the community and ensure they are able to maximise their independence, choice and control and empower them to actively participate in the community |
| • | have easy access to information, advice and signposting to enable them to make decisions about their own care and support needs. |
The Advocacy Service Hub will comprise the following statutory advocacy functions:
