Energy Performance of Buildings Inspections

NEPO has a requirement for contractors to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's), Display Energy Certificates (DEC's) and Air Conditioning Inspections (ACI's) on council buildings to assist the NEPO members to comply with their dutis under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive The requirement can be broken down into three separate areas, as follows: Energy Performance Certificates Display Energy Certificates Air Conditioning Inspections

Additional information: As part of the tender process the Council intends to hold a Supplier Briefing Session on Tuesday 13th October 2015. This session will cover the ITT documentation and what is required for a compliant bid. You should confirm your intention to attend this briefing by email no later than 9th October 2015, noon, direct to andrew.raft@sunderland.gov.uk The briefing will take place at Committee Room 2, Civic Centre, Burdon Road, Sunderland.
