Barrow Borough Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint a consultant produce detailed designs, gain necessary consents and approvals and provide a package of preconstruction site and works information for the Barrow Market transformation project, town centre community hub and associated public realm improvements (" the scheme"). These deliverables need to be completed to enable a works contractor to commence construction in Spring 2023 to meet Levelling up fund timescales.
