description
This ITT covers the delivery of two schemes which are part of an initiative being delivered as part of the wider DfT Local Sustainable Transport Fund Two Parks project. The wider aims of this project are to reduce the negative effects of car-borne visitor travel on the natural, economic and social environment in the South Downs and New Forest National Parks and, at the same time, support the local tourism economy. Our approach is to offer a wide variety of travel options and practical information that cover all stages of visits to the parks allowing visitors to leave their cars at home and travel by alternatives (sustainable) means.
This tender is formed of two lots.
| • | Lot 1: Car Free Holidays. |
| • | Lot 2: Walker & Cyclists Welcome. |
Tenderer may bid for either lot or both lots. Where Tenderers are bidding for both lot this may be completed as one application. Where Tenderer are bidding for both lots they should ensure the response covers the requirements of each lot.
