CBC-0991-T-BA Boiler Replacement at Albert Court, Dunstable

Central Bedfordshire Council is looking for an experienced and qualified contractor to carry out Boiler Replacement works for our housing property at 12-30 Albert Court, Dunstable, LU6 3SP. The property serves 20 units.

Works include the removal and replacement of heating boilers, water heater, flues, insulation, control panel, circulation pumps, control and isolation valves and distribution pipework in the boiler room.

We are seeking a contractor who can display a high level of customer care for our residents, who are primarily elderly or vulnerable, while providing an efficient and effective service.

It is intended that the contract will start in April 2019 and take 8 weeks to complete. Work needs to be carried out urgently, so the contractor must be able to achieve this timeframe.

Deadline for Expressions of interest and availability of downloading documents Tuesday 5th March 2019.

Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Friday 8th March 2019
