SCDC are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to develop and deliver a 6-month programme of support with the following aims:

| o | To help schemes work more collaboratively and share best practice. |
| o | To help shape the Council's approach to providing fair and equitable funding beyond 2025. |
