This is a soft market testing exercise (SMT). Tendering information will be provided in any future procurement documentation.
This exercise is intended to provide an opportunity for Councils to obtain insight into how potential suppliers may approach the delivery of the service in question, whilst additionally providing insight into the likely level of market interest for a project of this nature.
