Tenders are invited for the installation of a P4 Fastel emergency lighting system to areas of the David Weatherall Building not covered by the Phase 1 works in accordance with the attached Tender Specification (Electrical Engineering Services Specification). This is generally offices, meeting rooms and lecture theatres.

Under no circumstances will the University or any of its respective advisors be liable for any costs or expenses (including, but not limited to: loss of profits, depletion of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses ("Losses")) incurred by Tenderers, funders and/or its respective advisors arising directly or indirectly from this procurement or termination thereof, or any changes or adjustments including, without limitation any changes or adjustments made to the procurement documentation, or the exclusion/disqualification of a Tenderer.

For the avoidance of doubt, where a Tenderer withdraws, is disqualified or is excluded from the procurement process, under no circumstances will the University or its advisors be liable for any Losses howsoever incurred by such Tenderers.
