Works to create a new Suctioning Room off of a corridor at Perseid Upper School, Morden.
Works will involve erection of non load bearing partition, installation of door, adapting external wall to provide new window, flooring works, decorations, providing new electrical services and extending the existing door access and fire alarm system.
