description
The services required are to:
- Set up and establish the Water 2020 PMO, implement appropriate tools and techniques, working closely with Ofwat’s central programme management office to ensure a consistent approach with Ofwat’s approach to managing programmes.
- On a day to day basis, effectively manage the Water 2020 PMO through the early stages of the Water 2020 programme (i.e. first 6 months).
- Manage the work of two Senior Associates, currently being recruited by Ofwat to work in the Water 2020 PMO.
- Assist in the recruitment, induction and transition to a new Head of Water 2020 PMO, in conjunction with Ofwat’s central programme management office and the Water 2020 Programme Director.
