KMCBS-031 Provision and Fitting of Lightweight Metal Replacement Canopies

Kirklees Council's Building Services are currently running a re-roofing project in the Overthorpe Area. As part of this scheme there is a requirement to replace existing canopies to the front and or rear of domestic properties with metal profile roofs. There are 58 Bay Rear Window and 37 Front Canopies to be removed and replaced and contractors will be working alongside the existing roofing team at Building Services to co-ordinate the work beside the ongoing roofing works in the area. It is envisaged that 16 canopies per week will be replaced. <strong>Contractors will design and build the appropriate style canopy for each of the properties within this contract</strong>
