Additional information: CCC wishes to procure the services of a contractor to demolish the existing technology college and leave the site clear for resale in the future. The works comprise the total demolition of the now vacant Southfield Technology College, Moorclose Road, Workington. CA14 5BH, including asbestos removal and disposal, isolation and removal of redundant services, including all disconnections from the mains, purging systems etc, taking up of floor slab and ducts, and grubbing up of all foundations, leaving the site clean and clear on completion.
