Cannon House Office Refurbishment- Adur & Worthing Councils Invitation to Tender

Adur & Worthing Councils are inviting providers to tender for the refurbishment of the Cannon House, Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1NA.

Cannon House is located in central Worthing and is a detached vacant 3 storey office building in poor condition. The building operates as an office building and is currently vacant.

To render the building marketable, the building requires full refurbishment (CAT-A offices and fit out to the common parts and reception). To improve the buildings amenities, it is expected that the showers on the ground floor will be incorporated. A Silver SKA rating is to be obtained. SKA is an award to recognise sustainable refurbishment in construction regulated by the RICS.

This project involves CAT‐A refurbishment works to offices on the upper floors of a 3 storey commercial office building on Chatsworth Road, Worthing. The reception, staircase and WCs will also be refurbished and modernised with CAT‐B finishes in reception. The exterior of the building will be repaired and overhauled and services to office demises will be capped off internally.
