The purpose of this brief is to set out the specification and requirements for reviewing and updating the Thetford Conservation Area Appraisal that was adopted by Breckland District Council. The Council are working in partnership with Thetford Town Council and a consortium of local partners to develop a new Cultural Masterplan for the Town
