GB-Colchester: Re-roofing Works

Colchester Borough Homes require the Re-roofing of 24no semi-detached and terraced houses and 2-storey flats with pantile rooves, currently laid to the wrong gauge and lap.Work will involve:Re-roofing of dormer windows: small felt covered flat rooves.Re-cladding side cheeks of dormer windows and some adjacent wall areas using cement boardingNew flashings to all abutments, dormers, rooflights, etc.New rainwater gutters and downpipesAssociated repairsAll necessary access scaffolding and protection.Contractor to programme works, liaise with residents and report weekly progress to CBH and the contract will be under the JCT intermediate Terms.
