description
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a contractor or a partnership of contractors to deliver an integrated support service, dependent on the quality of bids received.
The service will be primarily for people with support needs that arise from or are related to mental impairment or illness (this may include mental health, learning disability, learning difficulty or autism) and which are considered beneath the national eligibility criteria as set out in the Care Act 2014, whose independence is threatened due to a crisis situation, posing a heightened risk of homelessness, hospitalisation and becoming eligible for statutory care. This would also include step-down from hospital, community mental health teams and statutory social care.
Additional information: The successful Contractor(s) are required to take account of sustainable development e.g. environmental, social and economic impacts of delivery and to actively participate in the protection of the environment. Accordingly contract performance and conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
Please note that estimated figures provided in this notice are based on projected budget information and cannot be guaranteed under this contract.
