GB-Wellingborough: Comprehensive Solution for Printing Services

NOTE: This notice was updated on 08 October 2020 for the following reason: Due to announced changes within the accommodation of Greatwell Homes, which will greatly affect the requirement of printing services as stated in this invitation to tender we must withdraw this opportunity.

Apologies and thank you for your interest.(Greatwell Homes is seeking a supplier to provide a comprehensive solution to manage our printing services. The main requirement is a decrease in devices from nine units to six units while not losing service capacity. Specification required of the three devices:

Our main office in Sheep Street, Wellingborough will require one A4 colour

Print/Scanner and 'follow me' print security; our Depot in Denington Road,

Wellingborough will require one A4 Colour Print/Scanner and also one A3 Colour

Print/Scanner with four paper trays; staples; print/copy/scan and 'follow me' print

Security; furthermore we will require three A4 colour Print/Scanner at three separate

Independent Living schemes, also with 'follow me' print security; plus, we need the

flexibility to add further A3 or A4 printers depending on the decisions based around

office/remote working; we also require the ability to move devices between locations

if required; all MFPs must have secure printing facility; all devices must be able to be

accessed remotely by Greatwell Homes IT.

Our two offices, Sheep Street and the Depot are both part of our corporate network so the devices at these two locations will need to be networked and available on the corporate network.

The key aims, objectives and required outcomes of this proposed contract are to: Increase services and efficiencies and improvements; improve Customer Satisfaction; achieve Value for Money; develop a strategic partnership with a supplier who will deliver social value within the community.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
