The University of Manchester (UoM) require a supplier to provide Professional Services to support the University in developing and implementing best practice with the aim of achieving strategic organisational objectives at individual, team and organisational level. This will include enhancing employee engagement, increasing leadership capability which will combine, with other measures, to support major future initiatives.
