Melksham Community Campus is a new build facility and part of the community campus and hub build programme. The campus will incorporate a number of other council services into the buildings, making it easier for customers to access them and reducing accommodation costs for the council.
This includes the design and installation of a café and food preparation area to the building, which will have seating for approximately 60 people,
The purpose of this procurement is to source contractor to undertake the design and installation of the café and food preparation area that will:
- Provide refreshments to visitors to the Campus, whether for leisure, social or business purposes;
- Provide a relaxing environment to enjoy the facilities on offer;
- Provide a meeting place for the community
which will deliver the business objectives for the building.
This contract will include both goods and services, with the bulk of the spend will be incurred for goods.

A site visit is possible by following the instructions within the tender documentation. The site visit will occur on 25th January from 09:30 - 10:30.
