Oxford City Council, Wireless Concession

Oxford City Council (the 'City Council') is seeking to award a Service Concession Contract to allow for the design, implementation, and operation of a high capacity innovation commercial wireless network which will deliver open space Wi-Fi coverage as well as enhance mobile coverage within the City Council and Oxfordshire County Council and named districts within the County of Oxfordshire. (Cherwell District Council, South Northants Council, South Oxfordshire District Council, Vale of the White Horse District Council, West Oxfordshire District Council, West Oxfordshire District Council & Vale of the White Horse may access any agreement resulting from this ITT in the future, subject to suitable agreed commercial terms, but are not bound to do so).

The Concession Contract shall be in accordance with the attached documents comprising Terms & Conditions (Concessions Contract), Specification, Requirement, Methodology Responses and Commercial Template.
