The City of Wolverhampton Council is conducting a Soft Market Test to seek input from potential suppliers within the market to establish the type of software and functionality that is available for a Fleet Management System.
The Soft Market Test will provide an opportunity to gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.
This is not a call for competition and as such no contract will be awarded following this exercise.
The closing date for responses is 1500hrs 15th March 2019
