description
Thurrock Council’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a nurse led Absence Management System (AMS) which is able to accurately record immediate and detailed staff absence information. This system will ensure reports are provided that enable managers and HR to identify trends and patterns of absence and enable a robust review of absence at a corporate, directorate, service team and individual level. In addition, the system should provide the facility to submit online Occupational Health referrals.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
