Anglia Ruskin's Peterborough campus is located to the South West of Peterborough City Centre within partially Residential and Commercial area.

The site comprises a multi-storey building with teaching rooms, offices, meeting rooms and social spaces adjacent to a car park and pedestrian access paths.

The works will include:

Remedial concrete repairs to façade

Remedial works to rendering on façade and / or replacement Removing tiles on façade and replacing with rendered finish to match existing Making good and redecoration of finishes and infilling of holes Etc.
